With over 15 years of leadership experience in building, and restoration, Rob Elbasha leads Statewide Building Projects with a commitment to excellence, innovation, and client satisfaction.

He has successfully managed diverse teams and delivered high-quality projects across the insurance, commercial, government, strata, and education sectors. His expertise in contract negotiation, project management, and strategic partnerships has strengthened relationships with restoration and insurance companies, ensuring seamless service delivery.

Holding a Builder License and multiple IICRC certifications, and overseeing companies accredited with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, he is dedicated to maintaining the highest industry standards. With a hands-on approach, he ensures every project is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality, reinforcing Statewide’s reputation as a trusted leader in the industry.
